Economics (Accounting Major) Marianne has been involved in Public Accounting for 20 years in either the capacity of an employee or more recently in her own business.
Holding a Public Practicing Certificate (Fellow) with the NTAA and being a registered tax agent since 1997 ensures that she stays up to date with current changes in the industry as well as offering clientele the peace of mind that she is compliant with the professional development requirements of these registered bodies.
Whilst accounting and tax is considered a job most of us love to hate, Marianne enjoys the interaction of being able to assist her clients maintain their tax obligations and assist in the practical taxation compliance requirements of small to medium size businesses. She currently holds a certificate for lodgment program issued from the Australian Taxation Office which is only issued to those tax agents whose practices meet 85% or more of the on time lodgment requirements of the ATO.
